What Does this urine Test Result Mean?

Urine examination showed straw colour, hazy appearance, sp.gravity 1020 and sediment present.It further showed acidic reaction, albumin trace present, 28-30 epithelial cells and 4-6/ HPF Pus cells.Can you tell me what this kind of urine examination finding suggests?

Hello

Your findings suggests urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by hazy appearance of urine and presence of excessive pus cells,bacteria in urine.
Trace amount of albumin and epithelial cells are normally found in urine.

You need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram,renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen.

Nitrite test and Leukocyte esterase test can be done for confirmation of UTI.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.
You should drink plenty of fluids.
